Text Messaging Program Terms of Service
1. Program description
Friends for Renee Hernandez Greenfield (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates a text-messaging program to communicate with supporters and voters. Messages may include voter contact, get-out-the-vote reminders, election information, and volunteer-recruitment outreach. We do not solicit donations by text.
2. Message frequency
Message frequency varies.
3. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier’s plan. Friends for Renee Hernandez Greenfield does not charge for the messages.
4. Opt-out
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP (or STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT) to any message. After you reply STOP, we will send one confirmation message and then send no further messages unless you opt back in.
5. Help
For help, reply HELP to any message, or contact us at renee@reneeforhouse.com.
6. Carriers
Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
7. Privacy
Your privacy matters to us. We will not share your opt-in to an SMS campaign with any third party for purposes unrelated to providing you with the services of that campaign. We may share your personal data, including your SMS opt-in or consent status, with third parties that help us provide our messaging services, including but not limited to platform providers, phone companies, and other vendors who assist us in delivering text messages. All of the above categories exclude text-messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties. See our Privacy Policy for more.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
